The technical infrastructure built by Kiss My Apps for "Collection #13" — which helped raise over UAH 121 million for Ukraine's air defense — has been shortlisted for the DOU Awards 2026 in the "Best Socially-Oriented IT Initiative" category.
Kiss My Apps has been nominated in the “Best Socially-Oriented IT Initiative” category for the technical infrastructure behind this charitable fundraiser. The campaign’s goal was UAH 100 million, but the final result exceeded UAH 121 million, setting a record for the festival’s charitable initiatives.
The KMA team built a full suite of fundraising tools for the campaign: a real-time donation tracking widget handling millions of transactions across three festival days; a donation-linked greetings feature with AI content moderation; and a transparent prize randomizer verified through the bank.
In addition to the technical partnership, Kiss My Apps contributed UAH 1,000,000 directly to the fundraiser to mark its third anniversary.
