Kiss My Apps has integrated a metaverse platform into its employee onboarding process — new hires complete quest-style challenges, interact with colleagues through avatars, and unlock "secret rooms" instead of working through stacks of documents.
The metaverse experience combines industry-standard HR processes with an interactive, game-like platform.
New employees navigate tasks that function like a video game: collecting items, completing challenges, unlocking “secret rooms”, and progressing through the space. The metaverse is accessible exclusively to employees and serves as the first touchpoint when joining the team.
